Gov. Sanford, MAP Chairman to Hold Press Conference
NEW TOOLS TO BE UNVEILED TO ASSIST
IN MAP COMMISSION'S WORK

Columbia, S.C. - Wednesday, August 6, 2003 - Governor Mark Sanford will join Ken Wingate, chairman of the Governor's Commission on Management, Accountability and Performance (MAP), at a press conference tomorrow morning (August 7, 2003) to unveil two new tools in the Commission's work to eliminate waste, duplication and inefficiency in state government.

Tomorrow's press conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Governor's Office on the First Floor (West Wing) of the South Carolina State House in downtown Columbia.
